amazing location, free walking tours, fine balcony views
Cleanliness is a concern!!! The room didn’t have towels or toilet paper ready at check-in, and the bathroom setup is impractical!!! Poor communication about issues can leave guests feeling neglected!!!

The location is amazing, set in beautiful tea plantations.
We encountered a significant cleanliness issue upon arrival. there were no towels or toilet paper provided in the room. To add insult to injury, the staff communication was frustrating, leading to us feeling neglected during our stay. On top of that, we faced constant noise disturbances from nearby rooms, which made it impossible to relax.

Recommend it for families looking for tranquility
The location is amazing, in the middle of a tea plantation and surrounded by coffee trees and cardamon plants! The staff is nice and always helpful, always going the extra mile for us
It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

i absolutely expected a warm welcome, but there was hardly any staff to greet us. the non-smoking room reeked of smoke, which was super unpleasant. i thought a hair dryer would be standard, yet no such luck! i was almost tempted to leave a nice review but just couldn’t, because i deserve better treatment than this.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lush valleys. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Top Station and Eravikulam National Park. The breakfast spread was decent and provided a good start to the day.
The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in our room, making it difficult to connect.

Staying here with my friends was incredible! The location amidst the tea plantations provided stunning views, and the staff definitely helped us plan visits to local attractions like the scenic Attukad Waterfall and Eravikulam National Park. Don't miss the delicious local dishes at the restaurant—they're top-notch.
However, we faced an issue with the hot water. It felt a bit rushed trying to get ready, which took away from the experience.

The location steals the show, nestled amidst lush tea plantations with breathtaking views from the balcony. Enjoying my evening tea while soaking in the scenery felt like a slice of heaven. The room was spacious and clean, making it a comfortable retreat after long days of exploring. Dining at the restaurant offered a variety of decent meals, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety. I noticed some cleanliness issues, though. there were no towels in the room at check-in and the bathroom setup was lacking essential items like a hairdryer. Communication with the staff also proved to be a challenge at times, particularly regarding some of my requests. Despite some hiccups, the experience was overall pretty delightful due to its serene environment and stunning views. I would consider returning, as the charm of the tea estate really pulls you in.

Dining was a highlight! The restaurant served some tantalizing dishes that elevated our taste buds to new heights, and the breakfast spread was delightful! We also relished the complimentary walking tour around the plantation, where we got up close with nature and learned about the history of this breathtaking locale.
The journey from Cherai Beach was a bit of a kerfuffle, with our taxi arriving late and taking an unexpected detour to a spice garden where we felt pressured to buy ayurvedic products. Not the best start to our trip, but it didn't overshadow the magic of Munnar once we settled at the hotel.
